virus in rootjoy?

hi when i download rootjoy i get a virus popup (trojan:Win32/Skeeyah.C!plock) is it still safe to download rootjoy

The Rootjoy installer contains some root tools to get access to the system of phones. Some antivirus apps might treat them as trojans but you shouldn't worry about that. You might need to set the folder of Rootjoy as an exception in the antivir settings to avoid erasing of those root files.

Avast detects  youmiassistant.exe as a Win32:AgentDropper-A [PUP] virus.
BUt when uploaded to virustotal.com nothing else flags it as a virus.
