How to access google now with home button?

Hi, is there an option to access google now home button? Google suggests press and hold home button but that shoss recent apps. Is there any way to change which function home button performs when you press it like in most of the cynogen mod roms?

I am afraid there is no way how to do that. I was too looking for an option how to do that.
