Contact's photo does not appear with incoming call in version android 7.0

hi,
Would like some help to resolve an issue with the contact's photo not showing up when I receive an incoming call. Have added photos to quite a few contacts, but none of the photos show up. But when i make a call the contact's photo showing up.
And i dont receive calls and miss calls notification  in my smartwatch.
when i had 6.0 version this work good when I did the update for 7-0 it happened all.

AFAIK, there was no contact picture for incoming calls in 6.0 either.

yes im talking use my smartwatch to receive all notifications
