Umi Diamond Faulty Touch Screen

Hi There i have recently purchased a umi diamond it appears to have a faulty touch screen i have read up and seen that it is a know fault with these phones how do i contact support to get a replacement? the screen intermittently works touches stuff and opens apps on its own i have noticed if you add a slight bit of preasure to the ear piece part of the screen it registers as a touch :S hope someone gets back to me soon
