Smartwatch incoming call notification problem

Hi,
i've an umi plus updated with latest Android 7.0 FOTA firmware.
Yesterday i've bought a smartwatch Alcatel OneTouch SM02 (ref.: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product ... 1_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
Every notifications work fine from umi plus to smartwatch, but the incoming/missed calls notification don't work.
The app and the smartwatch are comtabile with my umi plus in fact the other types of notification works properly.

I've done a cache wipe on umi with the standard recovery (VolumeUp+Power buttons) and a reset on the smartwatch but the problem persist.

I've tested the same smartwatch with a OnePlus and all notifications work properly.
There is some settings that i've to set?
