UMI PLUS E : problem with IMEI

Dear UMI,

I have a problem with my fresh UMI PLUS E regarding IMEI.
The IMEI of my phone is not reconnize in http://ucc.co.ug/data/imei/2/IMEI-Verification.html and I think all UMI PLUS E are not recognize and it is a big problem.

Why I am asking this, because I am using this phone with FREE operator (french telecom campagnie) and for FREE this phone is not a 4G model... It mean that I can't use my data because with this operator if your phone is recognize as a 3G phone, we are limited.

Can you explain how to change IMEI on the UMI PLUS E with the Helio P20 (MT6757), I think it is the best way for me to solve my problem with FREE.

Or can you register all IMEI of the UMI plus E phones on UCC site or legal IMEI site.

Really, it is a big big problem for french user's and also in term of securty, it is not acceptable to have a phone not recognized in term of IMEI.
