Like many other people in this forum my UMI  Rome has given problems since the day I received it. In that short time UMI has bought out about 9 other models.

UMI appear to offer no support now and the phone is only 9 months old. What is UMI's business model? It appears very strange to bring out a consistant run of what appears to be really faulty engineering. OK, I understand mistakes can easily be made but why are UMI doing their very best not to help their customers? OK UMI, you win, you suckered me into buying one of your phones, I'll admit I'm a sucker, you win, congratulations!

I thought that business was all about customer service these days - doing your best to satisfy and KEEP customers. Customers that will come back again and again and buy a UMI phone. Just like people do with iPhones.

Now how long would it take one of your engineers to go through the forum and try to help some of your customers? A few hours - a day? But you go on creating more and more phones all with similar problems.

Come on UMI - wake up. Your business model is like something out of the `1950's. This is 2016. Do yourself a favour UMI and just this once help your customers. I promise you'll make more money.
