Screen problem with TWRP and change ROM

I have some of problem with my UMI Super!
Screen not rotate, Proximity not work, fingerprint to sensetiv and the camera is horrible! It is possible to become so bad images on a phone from 2016???
Because I have these problems I want to change rom to Cyanogenmod 13 or something who work better, make me suggestions on good ROM!
But now the real problem start.
First I have problem to find a Custom recovery who work!
Download TWRP and when I start it in boot mode the screen goes crazy! When I push in one place so the screen reacts in a different place!
After try many different files I finde someone who work and I install new rom after instruction!
Everything seems to work but when the phone start after reboot the screen works as described previously, I push in one place so the screen reacts in a different place!
Can not even choose the country! Only way it´s flash back stock rom again! (after this rotate on screen and proximity can work a little time)
Have tried ROM from different developers but everytime the same result, screen go cryzy!
What I doing wrong? I know that my first mistake is to buy a UMI but what do I do now?

The Super has been manufactured with 2 different displays, and hence display drivers. Probably the ROMs you've tried are for the other version of Super.

Yes read about they change display!
How can I check what I have? Get my phone only for two weeks ago so maby I have the lastes display and need wait for ROM update!
But what ROM I can download? Maybe need try with everyone I find an has saved the weekend :-)

Have now tried different cm13 ROM from different developers and also the RR but is always the same, the screen does not work!
Have no any idea?
