Problem with charging.

Hi, I have big problem with charging my phone. When the phone is ON the charger dont charge battery like it doesnt work. But when I turn off my cellphone it charge normall. I try to make factory reset but its still the same issue.
Charger is ok, i try it on other phone.

same here, i've changed usb cable and solved the problem! Try another charge cable ;)
