Edited by Simone_ita at 2016-8-7 05:05 \n\nHi again, today I connected it to the charger when I had the 20% of battery and after less than one second it turned off and now it's dead. I charged it for around 10 hours but I can't turn it on even holding the power button. I don't see even the umi logo but I can access the menu which allows me to choose the kind of boot (recovery, normal ecc) but none of them works.
I flashed the stock rom with flash tool and even if it told me that it successed nothing is changed.
I'm sorry for my bad english.
Any suggestion?
You should try to use another wall charger and USB cable. Your phone probably don't have any issues but it's exhausted and the battery due to the defection of the charger or the cable cannot be charged.
First of all thanks for your reply.
I'll buy another usb cable but I don't think that it is the problem. Before I did a whole format with flashtool the phone was correctly recognized by flashtool so the cable should be ok, I've also tryed with another charger.

I tryed with another usb cable but anything is changed, phone is dead, no umi logo but flashtool can recognize it, what should I do? Can assistence repair it for free? If not how much will it cost?
Still could be the defection of the USB cable or the charger or a bad contact anywhere in the connection line between the cable and battery. It probably all about that, the battery doesn't get charging power.
I suggest you to contact your reseller about your issue. Your phone is covered by warranty and they are responsible for applying it.
