Security Code information

I have recently purchased a Hammer and i loved it! I set up everything very nice since it was my first smart phone, spend not hours but days on it! after that i changed my sim and BOEM!!! a private security code pops up and haven't been able to use the phone all, since i don't want to lose all my data i can't reset it.
I recieve messages in (i think) chinees on my other phone but no code.

Where can i get my private security code and how do i prevent this in the future?

Can someone PLEASE help me get the security code?

Hi, This is my first post, so please bear with me. I have the same problem with my Hammer S, changed sim and now the phone is locked with a message saying "Enter the privacy protection password to unlock". Any advice would be welcome, but please keep it simple. I do not even know how to factory reset the phone. Thank you.

OK, apologies, I have solved the problem. I set up the phone's anti-theft security, which cut-in when I changed the SIM. I remembered I had entered a pin number when I set up the security originally. I re-entered this into the phone and everything went back to normal.

Hi all l have similar problem. I set antitheft on my phone, l sent it to my daughter in case l forget one day. The anti-theft was sent to my daughter in chinese lauguage. Now l needed it but cannot retrieve it any advice?
Anytime l pressed retrieve the chinese language is sent to my daughter but l can not remember the code or my antitheft password.

Yes ShamrockB I have that same problem.
So far i have the phone over a year but the text message doesn;t work and the code is unreadable

What to do UMI ? phone is still brand new..... Not happy
