UMI Rome X network problem

I've jut bought a new UMI Rome X phone. I try both sim card slots, but there are no network(neither inside and outside). I try to set the cellular network manually, but it said "No available networks."
I used the phone with a Vodafone(Hungary) sim card. It has worked properly with other phones. With the sim2 slot once I found a very weak 2G network outside, but it disappeared when I came back to the house. Is it a hardware failure, or can be softare problem?

Dear szaboar,

To rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

However, if once you could get a very weak signal, then your case is probably a hardware issue. Simply the antenna film has a bad or no connection to the motherboard. That probably can be repaired easily but it needs to disassemble your phone. I suggest you to contact your reseller to help you to resolve your problem.
