Dear users,

Your issue can have multiple reasons but the most probable one is the USB cable. I suggest you to try to connect with using another USB cable.

Just bought a Z1 and experiencing the same connectivity to PC problems.
Have 2 USB cables so unlikely both are faulty.
Indeed the cable allows charging through the PC.
Any ideas?
