i would buy touch x...and i've some questions:

the update follow umi touch?

the problems with gps and wifi about touch are present also in touch x?

Dear piki,

UMI Touch X is built with the same touch screen panel but the GPS and WiFi modules are different due to the different SoC (MT6735 vs. MT6753) that integrates those parts.
Furthermore, only a few pieces of UMI Touch devices were affected by those issues that you mentioned, that's not a general problem.

Hi piki,

I just received my Touch X and I can tell you that it's all fine. Dual wifi is fast and stable, and with iGo I can can get 6 sattelites indoor, and 9-11 outside. Go for it!

Dear Users,

I've requested the latest SP Flash Tool ROM for UMI Touch X and will publish it as soon as I receive it. Those needrom downloads are not official and not final releases. I don't recommend to install them since they can contain bugs or unwanted components.

SPFT ROMs are already available in the ROM section but custom recoveries don't come from the factory. That will be available only if a skilled user/developer creates it.
