Security mode?

I went to replace the SD card on my Rome X and now it goes to security mode when I boot up?I keep entering my pass code but it seems to want another pass code - please help, how do I get out of this?
I have tried the volume up and power button to factory reset the phone but even this doesn't work.

I have the same problem, having bought my new UMI TOUCH, I downloaded my UMI ROME X SIM and install a new one in the UMI ROME X and on the initial screen asks me for the password privacy, do not really remember if I install this, realize the same factory reset procedure, but I continued even asking the security password. as I can reset or release my UMI ROME X ???.

Remove SD card & reboot, it should work okay?
