black screen

Since today my Umi Touch is giving a black screen that won't dissapear or change. The lights at the botton of the phone are still working and its still buzzing when I use the fingerprintscreener. I can't connect it to Rootjoy since I haven't connect my phone earlier.  Can someone solve this problem? Thanks!

Please try to press the "vol-" and "power" button at the same time and hold on until your phone power off. Then you can press the power button to power on your phone again.

At present you can't use rootjoy flash your phone, we haven't opened the permission of rootjoy.
You can update your FOTA on your phone, the newest version is V3.03-20160510, please following on these steps :
“Setting” -> “About phone” - > “Wireless update” - > “Check for updates” - > Update -> Done
