But in Umi Touch does not have these files.In the engineering menu, I put the maximum that is not enough.

The settings of EngineerMode are ineffective at this phone (except the microphone) but there are some music players like Poweramp that offer an efficient gain control.
Beside that, the headphones output power of UMi Touch is quite above the average, so that's a question, why it should be increased more. A such process can damage both the device and your ears.
