umi rome x sim problem

i changed the sim card of my phone and after rebooting the device, it shows a lock page saying " please enter privacy protection password to unlock". this page don't have Google log in method even.
please help me out....

Dear sabemalo,

I see, you copied and pasted this text from another site, not only that part between the quotes.
A such privacy code cannot be set automatically by the phone but the user can set it to get protected against thieves. I suggest you to take your phone to a branch office of your service provider to resolve your issue, where you can prove your ownership of your device.
