Sorry problem on the earpiece,it's very noisy when i caller in telefon but when i change to loudspeaker voice became good. is that software or hardware problem

It's surely not a software problem but the real (hardware) reason can be identified by the type of the noise that you hear. It can be a problem of the earpiece (probably) but I'm not sure without listening to it. Please, give some time to the earpiece, it might get better after some uses.
