language problem with umi touch in belgium (french)

Sorry, but I have received my order by geekbuying: two smartphone umi touch !!!
I live in Belgium and my language is French. I parametered my smartphone umi touch in French. If I did not introduce sim card, I can turn it off and when I turn it on again it remains set in French. If I enter my sim cards , the cards are recognized and language exchange in Dutch. I contacted the Belgian operators ( Mobistar and proximus ) my two simcards its well configured in French. Apparently the smartphone recognizes all Belgian cards as Dutch . ( In Belgium there are three linguistic communities : French , Dutch and German, my community is french). Apparently this was not parametered in this smartphone rom. Can you fix that. Ihave the latest rom: UMI TOUCH. V3.03-20160415

In addition, the official app " rootjoy " does not yet work for the " umi touch" as advertised by the manufacturer. Can you fix that too.

You can change the language in the options. (Taal)

Anyway, this is a Marshmallow (Android 6.0) default option.


For rootjoy, all we can do is to wait.

Yes, this is the Android 6.0 bugs, your phone will detect your SIM card and push the relative language for you.
For the rootjoy, sorry, we haven't broken the permission of Android 6.0, the Android 6.0 is a new system, our engineers are struggling on it, we will release it ASAP.

If the problem comes from 6 android , it did it a solution to improve this? In Belgium the relative language is not dutch, the Dutch is not the only language . Half of the country speaks French and a smaller portion speaks German. These are the three official languages ​​of Belgium . Can we trace the information to designers android 6 ? Meanwhile, can we prevent the automatic recognition of the language from the sim card ?
