Language and input issue

\n\nHello dear forum fellows,

did any of you have experience of "Language and input", although manually changed to other language then then one set by default, when turned off, restarted or even by Touch's own will, goes back to default language? I am in Croatia, and by default it is Croatian language; wan to use it in English. Always comes back to Croatian...

Any idea, suggestion, am I doing something wrong?

Dear,
It's a bug of Android 6.0, your phone will detect your SIM card and push the relative language for you. We will try to solve it.

...or is it possible to downgrade to earlier version of Android?
