Charging problem

I've got my UMI for almost 3 weeks and now I've got my first problem with it.
It is inpossible to charge it.
I'm always using original cable and charger.
5 hours ago I noticed that phone has 60% of battery so I plugged it to charger. For those 5 hours i was using it and after all that time battery is now at 61%. Earlier when I was charging the phone during normal usage It was charging quite normal and after simmilar time battery was charged to 100%.
I have no idea what to do with this problem.
Shall I buy new cable and charger?

Hi,

Yes, you might need to get a new charger or cable. I suggest you to try to charge your phone connected to a computer USB port but using the original cable. If nothing changes, then try another USB cable.

Hello ! I had the Problem too . My Umi Touch could not load and it is the charger . I Chance these . But you must testing .

Dear,
Try to use another common adapter which marked with "5V,1A" to charge your phone.

I've got new charger and cable, but still I can't charge my phone I left it for charging for 7 hours and I wasn't using it.  After this time battery was at the same level.

try to measure the mA by some kind of app, There is app ampere in google play

The micro USB port of your phone might got damaged. A skilled repairman should examine it.
