Front Camera doesn't work

I've already posted a thread about that but it seems deleted. The problem appears during an afternoon, I was using my front camera and it stopped suddenly, idk why
The gallery started to crash when I launched the camera app, then the button to switch between Front & back camera disappears, I can only use my back camera.

So as everyone here recommend me, I've just installed Android 5.1 (I was 4.4) and .. It still doesn't work

Is there an other solution ? I would like to avoid returning the phone but I think it's a hardware problem ..

Hi there, does indeed sound like a hardware issue, best thing to do is contact your store.

(btw, the Hammer does have a build in battery saving method that shuts down camera and flash after 15%, did you have a full battery?)

I ordered phone from aliexpress
and just after 6month rear camera stop work and flash stop work too(((
no switcher or screen... just front camera working...
phone never fall down...
used with care

Although both of you claimed that, your phones were not dropped, this issue is probably caused by the bad or disabled connection of the ribbon cable of the camera. Those phones should be disassembled to reconnect the ribbon cables.
