UMI Touch - How to clear wipe cache and dalvik cache

In recovery mode is a chiness language, I don't know where is clear wipe cache or clear dalvik cache, Is possible to update recovery mode to english language.

My phone crashed on setup, then I couldn't get into recovery (said "no command") I also found the Chinese menu and I clicked on the one that had the English letters eMMC - this seemed to clear everything and I was able to reboot and set it up again.  After setup, I did the FOTA upgrade and then I could get into recovery and it is in English.

i try your step and everything is cleared (it seem factory reset), i already got last update FOTA(3.03-20160415) and i try to boot recovery mode is seem Chinese menu is not change to english menu.

For wipe for clear wipe cache and dalvik cache is clear only cache, For apps, setting, data is not erase.
