Last month I redid my entryway, and my UMIDIGI phone ended up being the most useful tool in the whole project. I started by taking wide photos of the foyer from the door and from inside, with the camera grid on so the lines stay straight, which showed me problems I had stopped noticing, like a bare wall and weak lighting. Then I saved a tiny laundry room ideas as screenshots in a separate album, so I could compare the layouts side by side with my own photos before choosing anything.
Before buying, I used the phone to measure the wall width and the space for a bench or console table, and I photographed paint samples in the morning and evening because the same color looks very different in different light. I kept sizes, links and the budget for each item in the Notes app, which stopped me from buying things that didn't fit. Has anyone else used their UMIDIGI phone for a home project like this? I would love to hear your tips! |
