Fingerprint don't work

Hello

my fingerprint works poorly...
i must try 5-6 times to unlock my phone. i have always "non reconnu"
I have 2 fingers saved  ...

What can i do after detection :  "please take the next step" ?

Hi,

The fingerprint app has issues yet but anyway the sensor works well when unlocking.
Without keeping your phone in hand, I can suggest two things:
1. Install the latest (V3.03-20160415) FOTA update on your phone if you haven't done it yet. You can do it in Settings --> About phone -->Wireless update.
2. Ask another person to test the fingerprint unlock on your phone by adding his/her fingerprint to the list.
3. Make sure whether you always put on exactly the same part of your finger.

I tried whith all part of my fingers ...

I haven't try with another person.

I also can suggest you to lock out any possible software bugs to completely reflash the ROM of your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the firmware upgrade option in it. Then run the FOTA update again.

My phone don't like my fingers.....but when my son use the fingerprint, it is working well.

We will optimize the fingerprint continuously, we will release a new OTA recently, our engineers are testing it.

I think that the fingerprint is a little tricky.
After adding and deleting many fingerprints, i have it working 90%.
I have 2 fingerprints of the same finger stored.
When adding the fingerprint, changes the position just a little each time.

Buenos días desde España

el lector de huellas me ha dejado de funcionar a los 2 días de uso. He instalado la actualización. Realizo la calibración y me reconoce la huella. Seguidamente regreso a la ventana principal para añadir la huella pero cuando coloco el dedo no reconoce nada.
No se si es un problema de software o harware

also having problems (latest OTA) - worst is with right thumb, two other fingers are better

it looks like unlock function sometime goes to some kind of a sleep - there are no reaction at all when finger is reallly properly covering full sensor - no "not detected", nothing at all then suddenly it starts working and after that one period of time it works really well, excellent almost.

I have latest OTA update 3.03-20160415_170010 and fingerprint scanner never works.  I have turned it off.
