microphone messenger pitched voice

I have a Touch UMI but when I use the messenger application for sending voice message, I have pitched voice.
I would like a solution to this.

Hi,

Do you have a normal voice when making a standard voice call? Try to make a recording with the built-in sound recorder and check your recorded voice. If both are normal, then something can be wrong with the settings of your messenger app. You didn't mention which app is that.

On the recording app of my smartphone my voice is normal, i use the Facebook messenger app to send vocal messages.

I've investigated this issue as my skills and tools made it possible. I also tried to use the same feature in other popular messenger apps (Viber and Whatsapp) but this problem didn't appear in those apps, so this one is definitely an issue of fb messenger.
Anyway the source of the problem is that, fb messenger plays back the sound recording with a higher sampling rate than the value was used for recording - for example 32kHz vs. 44.1kHz. As a result, the recording will be played back about 30% faster (a 10-sec-long recording in 7 secs) and with a high-pitched voice as a result of the higher speed playback.
I reported this issue to the fb messenger team.

I have the same problem.
I have a normal voice everywhere except on messenger.
But on my other Android devices I have a normal voice on Messenger.

Your older devices don't run a MediaTek 64-bit Android 6 system. This is a compatibility issue in the fb messenger at sound encoding, that the developer of that app should resolve.

Well, my previous phone had a MTK 64bit chipset and I had a normal voice.

I mentioned "MediaTek 64-bit Android 6 system". Both the SoC and the OS are important together.
