Umi Touch SD card slot don't work

Hi everyone,On last firday i bring my new phone from post. I opend it and powered on, works fine.
But when i trying to place sd card inside by sim tray, phone frezze for little moment and nothing happens.
What can i do to have working sd card slot ? I already tested with many microsd card, allways the same problem.
Two SIM cards working fine. Please help

On my UMI Touch, it works only as "use as portable storage".
Trying to format as "use as internal storage" fails during formating.

Can you try to format your SD card? Don't forget to transmit your files on SD card to your computer.

Yes i can try, also i buy new card from sandisk class10.....

Dear,Pay attention, you should power off your phone, before your install your SD card or SIM card.
Otherwise, it's likely that your card would be broken.

Hello, today I received my Umi Touch, me going on the same does not recognize the SD, and gave formatted in PC and nothing I feel frustrated that something ta necessary as SD can not be used as probe with other SD other brands and nothing, I need to give me a solution.

Dear Luise,

Please, make sure you've installed your SD card properly.


If your card fits well, after the first boot up you have to format it with your phone, an initial PC formatting is not enough. You can choose whether to format as an external or internal storage.

Please check the photo above about the right positions of the cards and you might need to clean the contacts of your memory card.

Exactly the same problem with a UMI Touch that arrived yesterday.  I have tried 8, 16 and 32 GB micro SD cards, all in the correct slot, and all formatted correctly and readable with my PC.  The SIM card is readable in either slot.  

Is this an android 6.0 problem?
