Dear Users,

I have an UMI touch ... an English sim card in slot 1 and Ukrainian sim in slot 2.

It keeps changing my language to Ukrainian - every time I reboot.

How do I stop this please?

Best regards,

Dear,
Can you try to exchange the positions of these two cards?

Same problem. UMI Touch defaults to the sim language after every reboot.

UMI touch needs a setting so that no sim card can overrule default language on reboot.

This one is an issue of the android 6 core, already discussed in multiple threads. This kind of automatic language change is an intentional setting from google.

There is nothing we can do about it? Maybe it will be resolved by means of future updates?

Also, maybe I can change some setting of the Ukrainian sim card itself to ENGLISH?

I'm afraid there's no solution yet. You can't change the language setting of the SIM card.
