If your phone is rooted, you can install it with Flashify.
If not, then you can flash it with SP Flash Tool if you load a factory ROM.

It's fun, but do not rooted phone, umi touch it will be possible back up and recover them later using TWRP?

So you can use the flash tool method. Until I don't get my Touch, I can't offer a confirmed method for rooting.
Yes, that's one of the major points of TWRP to make backups and restore them if needed.

OK, I know how it works TWRP, but I ask whether it will be fully functional TWRP in not rooted phone?

If I install the TWRP with SP Flash tool, will I be able to root the phone using the recovery?
EDIT : I rooted my phone!
Use the SuperSU zip  from XDA!

Hello together,

i have installed the TWRP_recovery_fw_ver.3.03 with the SP_Flash_Tool_Win_v5.1552. When i restart it to Volume UP + Power ON. I can choose the recovery mode. There is but the normal Android recovery not TWRP.

Whats going wrong ?
