After few days of tests

Dear all and Umi Team,
strange things on the screen :/
After few days of tests of our Touch, what is our status ?

During hard work on Touch, back cover is really very hot and after this hard work TWO white dots appears on the screen.
I think that are due to bad isolation between screen and cpu because the heat is clearly located on the upper half and not in the center.
One more point is the fingerprint scanner, which is very capricious and we must to restart the phone to get a full active scanner.

News regarding the screen and the scanner behaviour ?

My Iron pro fingerprint scanner works really better.

This is a great smartphone but what we can do for this screen with white dots ?
We don't need to show that in our video review in our channel

For the TWO white dots, could you give some photos about this? Will it disappear after the phone cool down or it would still show on your screen?
Did you update our newest FOTA? The newest version is: V3.03-20160409.
About the fingerprint, you should record several groups fingerprint on your phone.

thanks for your reply.

I attached our capture of the white dots, one more little dot appears above the first two dots.
This white dots not disappear when the phone is cold, I think that is the LCD which is finally marked :/

I have a white dot too (well, its more like a light yellow small dot). But I think mine is because a group of burned pixels. Whit a black background if you look very close you can se a red pixel (dead pixel). Unfortunately, my seller don't believe me (it's very hard to take a photo where the dot is visible).

About the scanner, I had the same issues, the scanner just stop working. Usually recalibrating it solves the problem, but some times it's needed a reboot. I haven't had this problem since I did a factory reset.

Yep, the fingerprint scanner. Since I made the factory reset it's working fine (some false negatives, but it's ok). We'll see if the problem has disappeared completely

Hello all,
I will try a factory reset for fingerprint scanner but what about white dots ?
We really need to made our review for this nice one but not with this white dots :/

About the white dots... I'm not sure. My little dot in the screen is clearly a dead pixel. If thats your case, there is no possibility to fix that through software methods. But you say that the dots appear after the screen is heated (if I understand well), so I don't know if the screen is physically damaged or not.
