Hello, doesn't always work unlock by fingerprint, i.e., the raised finger, the screen does not light up, press the power button the phone turns on, but not always. What it can not understand.

Hi!,

I'm using an IRON Pro and fingerprint is working correctly.

With phone locked and display switched off, if I put my finger on scanner, phone is unlocked perfectly.

The same with phone locked and display switched ON. Unlocking by fingerprint is working fine

Did you calibrated scanner before configure?

Hi, did not help. 20 minutes, lie down and like go into sleep mode.

20 minutes waiting for calibrate???

Is totally strange.

Are you following these steps for calibrating?:

1. Press to calibrate option



2.- A windows will appear showing a progress bar until be completed.



3.- Then, a capture test windows will appear totally in blank. Here you must to put your fingerprint in scanner until will appear following image



After that, calibration will be successfully. If you can follow these steps, fingerprint scanner is defective

Ok sorry Denis, I though that you were having problems with fingerprint scanner in order to unlock phone. I didn't read your message fine.

I will report again this problem to engineers. I was doing tests withan Iron Pro and sometimes happen this situation, phone unlocked but screen switched off.
