Phone dead after less than a month

Hi,

I really need an answer here.  After having my Iron Pro for less than a month, the battery is no longer charging and the phone is dead.  Apparently, replacement batteries are no longer available.  I am not happy and will send the phone back to Amazon tomorrow unless someone replies straight away with a solution.  It appears that these phones have very cheap components!

Hello,

There's probably no problem with the battery, it's just exhausted and cannot be charged. You should try to use another USB cable and/or wall charger adapter. One of them might be the reason of your issue.
