Hi. My brand new IRON PRO is not charging or turning on. It was fine for a couple of weeks. Can you help me? (i'm using the original cable and charger)

WasIron Pro totally discharged? if yes, please be patient and connect phone to charging. after a time phone will start to charge correctly. This is something happening on phone when is totally discharged, but after a time charging, Iron Pro returns
