Can't enter recovery

Hey there,
Is there a reason why my Umi Rome won't enter recovery mode? Whether I try through Rootjoy or vol up+power button, it only restarts the phone. I've entered recovery once, some time ago, no luck since then. Could the recovery data be broken and repaired?

Nope, still the same problem. Only restarts the phone. :-S

go to needrom and and you will find twrp recovery for rome. flash it (pretty easy) without any risks and it will work great, plus it's even better than stock

Thanks, I just needed to update to 3.03 which I could, in the end, using SPFT. I was just afraid to use this method because it was supposed to be "advanced". Cheers. :-)
