UMI Rome v3.03 changelog + SPFT download

UMI Rome v3.03 update is available via Rootjoy (recommended for normal users) or the SP FlashTool version is also available from now in the ROM section.

Changelog (provided by UMI):

• Accurate touchscreen
• Recording voice audio level is too low when making video, changed to voice louder
• System default sleep change from 15's to 30's
• The splash screen issue -- sovled
