I can't istall Paypal, Google+, QR Droid, etc. I read the solution for this problem is reinstalation of gapps package. I downloaded from opengapps.org, package for ARM64 5.1 stock, but after installation it hangs on starting logo. I waited 15mins and it didn't go through. Can someone tell me the solution for this?

Ok, I managed to find the solution quicker than I thought. The new 3.02 firmware solves the problem.

You are right. v3.02 update solve incompatibility problems with some applications.
