even me too i m not able to connect 3 or 4 G

I see that the problem is my SIM card. With my mother SIM card (same company) the 4G works perfectly.

i think they can resolve this issue updating the radio software ...

I have the same problem , but I use an operator and I can not have 3G or 4G signal , only 2g, but put another sim from another company and if there 4g

Could you call to your SIM operator asking about status of 4G in your line? I has this problem, and my surprise service 4G was disabled. Operator actived it, and after restarted my Iron 4G working ok

I think there are a hardware or software problem (IronPro or romV3.02)
Any 4G SIM working OK into other phone.
When you put it into Iron, work OK...
...but when you removed it, the 4G service is disabled to this line!!!

I will try to call my phone operator , to see if I have this part of 4g disabled , you know something I do not like is that if another company has 4g signal but not mine , I will be calling to see who can find

I have no 4G, the phone do not support 800 MHz frequency/ band 20. I hope Umi can fix this with software update.

Here in Spain my Iron support LTE 4G, not at 800 mHz connected to bands 1800 or 2600 mHz
