I installed the TWRP recovery with Rootjoy and I had no problems. After go to recovery mode to install the Gapps http://opengapps.org/ I installed the ARM 64 5.1 STOCK. Then I press restart and remains in the Android logo and goes no further. If I connect to ROOTJOY detects it and I can see the files. But don´t start. I need help please.
The 'stock' variant of the GAPPS replaced your stock launcher by an incompatible one. Next time just download and install a variant between pico and mini, never choose a bigger package.
What loco026 suggested is a good idea, or you can flash the stock ROM with SP Flash Tool. That method always can recover your phone even from a completely bricked state.
