Broken back camera glass lens

The glass lense of the back camera of my wife's Umi Hammer broke in pieces. Can you direct me to some online store where i can get a replacement lens.

Recieved response from etotalk, they say that is the Rear Camera Lens Back Paste, not the screen.

So they dont have the lens (screen)
