Problem with UMI IRON Flip Case

Hello,

I've just bought the phone and also a original flip case. But it seems to be broken - there should be a magnetic part that hold the phone inside the flip, isn't it? Well, in my item the phone is not hold by anything.
Or maybe I'am doing something wrong? Maybe there is a way to solve it?

There should be a plastic part that you can peel of which reveals glue on the flip case. Then you just glue the case to the phone.

There are a lot of post...  The cover don't work.  Umi wrote magnetic is too little....
