Ring volume always on minumum

So I've had the Iron for 2 months now, and everything was ok, even upgraded to V1.8 and everything was good. A few days ago suddenly the device is always without ring volume.
When I'm changing it to higher volume right goes back to minimum.

Did anyone had that problem?

If you change volume to the max, automatically is going to the minimum of a time after?. Is happening always? Or sometimes?

Maybe a third party app changes or lock the settings in the background. If you don't mind, I suggest you to process a factory data reset. Or, try to discover the possible app, that makes this.
