"System UI has been closed" through volume rocker

Hello UMI community!

Got my Iron Pro yesterday and had this freaking bug right out of the box.
If i click the volume rockers (up or down) on the desktop a error pops up saying:
"System UI has been closed" and the phone kind of resets and locks itself.
Already wiped the phone via google but nothing has changed.

Hello,

Quite a strange issue. I suggest you to completely reflash the ROM of your phone with SP Flash Tool.

Choose the 'Firmware Upgrade' Option in the flasher app. If that doesn't help, then your problem might be hardware related.

I have the same problem. After new install of ROM: umi_iron_pro_Y901_250151114_1628.zip, it is not better.

Has anyone solved problem?

Is problem happening ever when you press one time volume up or volume down or you must to press some times until message appears?

Are you with any app opened or if you are on desktop problem happens?

It's happens allways  on homescreen,  in Whatsapp,  Viber or Google Maps.
In YouTube it's OK ( but this is Volume up and down, not Ringtone).

Ringtone up down work only before I type PIN code for SIM Card.

If I need Vibration, then must I go to Settings,  Sound & notifications and choose what a I need.

And at last :-) It happens that all in German. I wanted change language to see how call Settings in English and  have noticed that now works everything perfect, even Location in Camera.

So,  it is problem with German language :-).

wow! great that you discovered problem! then we are talking about incompatibilities with german language. I will report to see if can be solved.

Did you tried to change to german language again to check if problem happens again?

Yes I have tried it again, I changed language to German and problem is still there.
