Hey guys, need some serious help. I tried to update my iron to the new 1.8 rom went throught the whole process then it got to the connect screen on rootjoy. yet i could not get into my phone. I had to go through the setup screen and all that junk. It got to the login into my google and it would not let me log in I tried over and over and nothing. I then went and rest my password and still nothing. So stupid me went to restore the phone. I held the volume and power button went in and reformat. Now my phone is stuck on the umi simply but dilgently screen. I cant connect to the computer, it just makes the connect sound but nothing else. please help i need my phone because of my work..
thank u for the help, my phone now comes on and everything, but now it says invalid imie i have no idea how to solve this. i downloaded the sn write tool but it does not work. or i am doing it wrong or something. i followed the steps but when i connect my phone it gives an error message. on the screen for the imei in slot 1 it looks like a fake imei number its like 12346000 something.. could this be the right imei? i am new to all this stuff and no clue what i am doing. i am thankful that i have the phone off the brick status. i just need this fixed. is there a way to find the imei numbers anywhere?? so i can like try to put them on the phone myself or something?
You should have your IMEIs, or in IRON box, or in rear plastic that was coming with Iron when you bought. Is very important to maintain these IMEIs numbers in order to solve this kind of issues.
About introduce new IMEI, there are different methods to introduce IMEIs again. Please tell me if you get your IMEIs again and then we will try to introduce again
