Sound problem in Umi Emax

Hello.
I bought a Umi Emax form Efox for my husband (it is new, 20 days) and it has some problems since de begining.
First, we instaled the skipe and it disapered. Other times the icons would move to other places or disappered all by themselves.
But the greatest problem was when the ring sound disappeared. Or in other words, sometimes when receiving a call the phone rings , sometimes doesn´t make a sound.
Can you help me?

There is no problem here. In the past, I have encountered similar problems while exploring Gofinac on my phone. The option was disabled when I explored the settings. The SD card was automatically saved when I enabled the feature. This will allow it to function properly again. Exploring the settings properly will lead you to it.

I purchased an Umi Emax, however after a while it started to malfunction. After reading this text, we can find a solution to the problem and allow Umi Emax to play well once more.
