Hello, in June bought a UMI HAMMER on Aliexpress and has never worked volume button, I have claimed several times a seller but did not throw me any case, my question is if I can take to repair this phone to any technical service in Barcelona Spain and if this problem is covered under warranty.

Hi,

This issue is covered by your warranty of course, but you should validate it at your reseller, since the warranty is their responsibility.
On the other hand, that's probably enough just to resolder or reposition the side button board, that can be managed in a repair store. About specific possibilities, I suggest you to ask your mates in the Spanish section.
