UMI IRON não liga mais

Meu aparelho que tenho a menos de 1 mês já deu problemas, coloquei para carregar normalmente e quando fui verificar ele estava desligado e a luz de notificação de carga estava apagada, tentei ligar o aparelho sem sucesso, não funcionou mais de nehuma maneira. Sei que este aparelho tem garantia de 1 ano mas eu moro no Brasil, então como devo proceder para acionar a garantia e ter o meu aparelho funcionando novamente? Existe alguma coisa que possa ser feita para que ele volte a funcionar?

Obs.: quando se coloca o carregador ele não dá sinal algum.

Probably just something happened to the usb cable or the wall charger while the battery became exhausted. You should get another micro usb cable and connect your phone to a usb port of a computer.

that was the first thing I tried, unfortunately the phone gives no signal. He took the cable and used in another cell and is giving load properly.I had no fall and neither was wet, was carrying and simply died.
