good afternoon
I got in touch with the gearbest because my battery is up and I wanted to know how to solve this.
But I hereby show my displeasure with the quality of umi products, I already had a umi touch, and I had a pronlema on the sound chip, mobile phone for the trash, then I bought a super umi, problems on the display, I bought a display New, now i bought a USB cable and it is lifting the screen due to battery. You can see that the problem is in the UMI. Let's see if they solve this problem in full, otherwise I will not buy any type of product of this brand. I await a quick response.

Let's say I lost the cell phone ... The gearbest even offers repair of the cell phone, but I live in Brazil, when I entered the country I had to pay 140 dollars of import. There is no way I can send it to China and when I return pay another 140 dollars of tax. So it was already for me. And the worst that I can not even find this battery to sell on the internet, if I could, I would try to fix it right here ... It was my first and last cellular purchase from china.

hello did umi found a solution for the battery's expension. What will they do? Will they give a new type of battery or will it be the original battery with the same problem?

They told me to contact the seller. That is geekbuying. @ geekbuying they told me they only give 1 year warranty. The phone is 1 year and 1 week old.... Umi gives 2 years warranty... Bud no replay ...  Post time 2017-6-16 23:39

Please Umidigi, give us support and a position about this because we all had this problems. My phone has its screen so inverted that i had to take it off the metal carcass in order to prevent from shattering. I thought and was expecting a responsable company with excellent products, but there are many things showing against what i tought. So, if you're not going to take a position and providences, you're going to loose many consumers, that probably will not support you no more.

Same problem here and u know what I did? The thing that I must have done in the first place. I got a Samsung. I am still mad about the money I gave to that stupid phone. I am selling it BTW if anyone is interested about spare parts.
