I hope not, does anyone from Umi look at the forum? As they don't seem to answer messages on Twitter or Facebook either. Oh well, will just have to be patient.

then, I temporarily solved the problem at multitasking by overlapping an old version I had in titanium. I wanted to know if with the new firmware could be installed the new version of magisk so as to support the various beta of xposed / edexposed. I agree with most of you on the little customizable stock launcher ... let's wait

Great phone but lack of software support and really buggy, it would be nice to have extra information on the date of the next update!

I'll sent my F1 back to Amazon if Umidigi don't fix this issue until next 3 days. (With 1 star down rate and 'don't buy comment). I'm disappointed!

but the amazon is not at fault, it has to be the company that fixes the errors.
it's taking some time, and frankly, people today like brands to quickly fix bugs, and nowadays via OTA is easy.
It is no longer a cheap smartphone, so if you want to grow Umidigi you have to quickly fix these bugs and listen to the users.
Otherwise it is not worth launching phones constantly, if they do not support ... it is preferable to have two or three phones per year with support, than to launch 20 without support.

updates are extremely important, especially multitasking, and other errors.
It was already high time ... I was always looking to see if a new update was released.

I still do not listen well to the people who call me ... they listen to me well...is the only stick I put for now to my umidigi f1.I have done the root to be able to enter engineer mode and solve the issue ... but I do not know what settings to change exactly. I would appreciate a tutorial for this matter. Thanks

Umidigi from their page on Facebook have replied to me 5 minutes ago that the fix will come in a few days.. i bought on Amazon but i dont want to sent it back.. camera is not perfect (i think that they can made some updates over it)  but battery is great and also games runs smooth.. i bought this Phone only for playing Asphalt 9 to not give excessive stress to my PocoF1 and MiMax3.. With quickstep fixed and nova working again my problems are gone..
