I haven't received a thh.req file from your email address.

I can confirm, that after receiving my file back from Ben that the fingerprint scanner is working again. Only real problems I had was with drivers on Windows 10 machine, and luckily i had an old Windows 7 laptop laying around that had no problems.

I sent you an ActiveResponse.txt file on 13th February but if that didn't work, maybe the software engineer or the code generator app messed up something.
Please generate a new thh.req file and send it to me to reprocess your request.

Thank you for your feedback. It should work on Windows 10 without any issue (personally I use only Win 10 PCs), so maybe later it'd be worth the time to find the reason of your Win 10 driver issue.
